The Accessibility Real Estate Specialist (ARES) course equips real estate professionals with the knowledge and skills to serve clients of all abilities by fostering a deep understanding of disability, accessibility, inclusive design, and legal obligations. Through engaging modules, students learn about disability demographics, communication etiquette, legal frameworks like the ADA and Fair Housing Act, and practical strategies for working with clients with disabilities, their families, and veterans.
The course also explores how to navigate accessibility in home design, construction, listing data, marketing, funding, and business practices. Participants gain insight into inclusive real estate transactions—whether buying or selling—while learning how to build accessible businesses, collaborate with specialists, and advocate for equitable housing. The course concludes with certification, continuing education credit opportunities, and ongoing support through a dedicated professional community.

Continuing Education for Real Estate Agents
We are in the process of offering continuing education (CE) credits at the national level. However, some states do not permit third-party providers to offer CE credits. If your state is not listed on our CE Accreditation list, please reach out to us. We will explore the accreditation requirements for your state and determine if approval is possible.
Regardless of CE credit availability, the Accessibility Real Estate Specialist (ARES) Designation is open to real estate professionals in all 50 states.
